Aroma:

Distinctly confident liquorice and bourbon notes with a near-perfect bitter-sweet balance of burnt honeycomb and toffee.

Palate: Outstanding richness and sheen to the enormous barley-oak sweetness; a big bourbon style with liquorice and demerara sugar with malt biscuit notes adding an extra dimension.

Finish: Long, wonderfully layered oak offering variations of sweetness and drynessÑa silky mouthfeel with butter toffee at the close.
