Where does Liquoroo deliver?
Liquoroo offers Next Day Service across Australia and 30-minute Express delivery in select Sydney suburbs. We’re already Australia’s most widely available alcohol delivery app, and we’re growing fast. If we’re not in your area yet, stay tuned — we’ll likely be there soon.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery costs are calculated at checkout and depend on where you live.
How fast can I get my order?
30-Minute Express:
Most orders arrive within approximately 30 minutes of being confirmed.
Next-Day Delivery (Australia Post):
- Sydney: 1–3 business days
- Melbourne: 2–4 business days
- Brisbane: 2–4 business days
- ACT: 2–4 business days
- Adelaide: 3–5 business days
- Hobart: 3–7 business days
- Perth: 7–10 business days
- Other metro areas: 3–7 business days
- Rural areas: Up to 14 business days
Can I track my order?
Yes!
30-Minute Express:
Our customer support team monitors all Express orders in real time and proactively keeps customers updated on their delivery status.
Next-Day Delivery (via Australia Post):
You’ll receive an Australia Post tracking number once your order has been dispatched, so you can follow your parcel step by step until it arrives.
What time will my delivery arrive?
30 Minute Express:
Usually within 30 minutes, but exact times can vary with traffic and driver availability.
Next Day:
Australia Post delivers during standard business hours. Check your tracking link for updates.
Will I need to show ID?
Yes — we follow Responsible Service of Alcohol laws. If you look under 25, our driver might ask to see your photo ID before handing over your order.
If I order close to closing time, will my order arrive that night?
We always aim to get every order out before closing. If, for any reason, we’re unable to deliver your order that night, our team will notify you. You’ll then have the option to choose Next Day Delivery or request a full refund.
Can someone else collect my order?
Yes! Another adult (18+) can accept your delivery as long as you let us know in advance. Just share their name with our customer service team before the driver arrives.
Can the driver leave my order at the door?
30 Minute Express:
No. By law, alcohol cannot be left unattended. An adult must be present to accept the order.
Next Day (Australia Post):
Yes, if you’ve given Authority to Leave (ATL) and the driver considers it safe. Otherwise, your order will be taken to the local post office for collection.
What happens if I’m not home?
30 Minute Express:
If no one 18+ is home, the driver cannot leave the order. You’ll need to reschedule or request a refund.
Next Day:
If ATL is given, Australia Post may leave the parcel in a safe spot. If not, your order will be redirected to the nearest post office.
Why was my order split into two deliveries?
Sometimes we ship from more than one location to get your drinks to you faster. If this happens, you’ll only ever pay one delivery fee — and you’ll get tracking details for each part of the order.
Payments & Refunds
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
Can I use AfterPay?
Not yet — we don’t currently offer AfterPay or other “buy now, pay later” options.
How long do refunds take?
Refunds are usually processed within 5 business days, depending on your bank. The money will go back to the same card you paid with.
