Most orders arrive at your door within about 30 minutes of being confirmed.

Next Day Delivery (Australia Post):

Yes! Express orders can be tracked live in the Liquoroo App. For Next Day deliveries, you’ll receive an Australia Post tracking number so you can follow your parcel step by step.

30 Minute Express:

Australia Post delivers during standard business hours. Check your tracking link for updates.

Yes. Liquoroo supports the Responsible Service of Alcohol. Our drivers may ask for photo ID if you look under 25.

We’ll do our best to get your order out before closing, but if it can’t be delivered in time you can choose a Next Day Delivery or request a full refund.

Yes. Another adult (18+) can accept your delivery if you nominate them ahead of time. Please provide their name to our customer service team before the driver arrives.

30 Minute Express:

No. By law, alcohol cannot be left unattended. An adult must be present to accept the order.

Next Day (Australia Post):

Yes, if you’ve given Authority to Leave (ATL) and the driver considers it safe. Otherwise, your order will be taken to the local post office for collection.

30 Minute Express:

If no one 18+ is home, the driver cannot leave the order. You’ll need to reschedule or request a refund.

Next Day:

If ATL is given, Australia Post may leave the parcel in a safe spot. If not, your order will be redirected to the nearest post office.

Sometimes we ship from more than one location to get your drinks to you faster. If this happens, you’ll only ever pay one delivery fee — and you’ll get tracking details for each part of the order.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

Not yet — we don’t currently offer AfterPay or other “buy now, pay later” options.

At the moment, Liquoroo points can only be earned and redeemed within Liquoroo.

Refunds are usually processed within 5 business days, depending on your bank. The money will go back to the same card you paid with.

Gift cards can be purchased through our website or App. Simply choose an amount, add a message, and we’ll send it directly to the recipient by email.

Log into your Liquoroo account (website or App) and enter the code under the Gift Card section.

Nope — our gift cards have no expiry date.

You’ll earn 10 points for every $10 you spend. Every 100 points is worth $1 off your next order.

Yes. Points expire 365 days after they’re earned. You can check expiry dates anytime in your account.
